Natasha Swerdloff

As I’ve shared my understanding of these principles, I’ve noticed the profound impact it has when people connect with their own resilience. Understanding what shapes our experiences of reality can be life-changing.

I originally trained as a psychotherapist and have nearly 30 years of experience working with groups and individual clients. Since 1996, I have been self-employed, specializing in coaching and communication, and have worked as a consultant in the business sector in Denmark, the United States, South America, Europe, and England.

In 2012, I was introduced to Sydney Banks and his work on The Three Principles, and I experienced a transformation in every aspect of my life. After that, I decided to shift the focus of my business to sharing an understanding of The Three Principles.

I founded The Principles Institute and the 3P School, where I train practitioners and coaches in understanding The Three Principles. In addition, in 2015, together with my friend and colleague, psychologist Dicken Bettinger, I co-authored the book “Coming Home,” which has been translated into Danish as “Vejen Hjem.”

I believe that one of the greatest insights a person can gain is the realization that peace and happiness cannot be taken away from them or given to them. Peace and happiness are our very essence, and it is only our personal thoughts that “cover up” what is always present. My primary mission is to help people “uncover” how we function, so that our true nature can shine through.

I have shared my understanding of the Three Principles at many international 3P conferences, and I continue to share my insights in podcasts, webinars, and courses. On my YouTube channel, Natasha Swerdloff, I also share my understanding of the Three Principles in both Danish and English.

In early 2025, I had the honor of being elected President of the Board of Directors of the Three Principles Global Community (3PGC). In this role, I am particularly committed to helping new associations around the world that wish to share an understanding of the Three Principles. My vision isto create more peace in the world by helping more people understandwhat shapes their experiences and recognize their true nature.

Dorte

Since I trained as a voice teacher in England more than 30 years ago, I have taught and coached a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds with varying needs. I have worked on everything from training top politicians, senior executives, and middle managers in both the public and private sectors in communication skills to coaching professional actors, dancers, and singers in voice and expression.

My specialty has been helping people develop their personal voice, personal expression, and overall communication skills. For the past 25 years, I have taught and coached in a wide range of business settings and served as an adjunct professor at the Danish School of Performing Arts.

I was introduced to The Three Principles in 2015 through my collaboration with Natasha. Over time, I’ve gained a deeper understanding, and I’ve trained to become a practitioner and 3P coach at the 3P School, as well as participated in seminars, courses, webinars, and retreats. It has been life-changing for me, and there’s nothing I’d rather do now than share my understanding of The Three Principles with as many people as possible.

John Swerdloff

I have known about The Three Principles since 2012, when Natasha began sharing her understanding with me. Encountering this understanding has changed my life in ways I never could have imagined. It was as if something fell into place—not because I learned something new, but because I discovered something that had always been there.

I am a trained landscape gardener, mechanic, paver, and sewer contractor, and throughout my life I have worked with my hands in many different contexts. This has given me a down-to-earth attitude and a practical approach to life that I still carry with me—even when interacting with people.

I primarily teach alongside Natasha in our course on love. For me, relationships are among the most meaningful things we can explore together—not because they need to be fixed, but because through them we can discover something new and deeper within ourselves.

I have realized that we are already whole. That what we are seeking is not something outside of us, but something we already carry within us. When we begin to understand how our experience is created, life becomes easier. We become kinder to ourselves—and to one another.

My contribution is to create a safe and honest space where we can embrace what is already true. A place where we can relax and realize that we’re okay, just as we are.

I am deeply grateful to be a part of this work—and to be able to share what has made such a big difference in my own life.

Stinne Bay
Instructor and mentor at 3P School and personal assistant to Natasha Swerdloff

My encounter with The Three Principles in the spring of 2019 was a life-changing experience.  From the very first moment, I felt a profound transformation, and I knew right away that I wanted to dedicate my life to helping others find their way back to a lighter and more stable foundation from which to live. My understanding of the principles still surprises me—there are always new depths and insights to discover about our incredible and helpful design.

It gives me great joy to point people toward The Three Principles and to witness how they open themselves up to a calmer, lighter, and more loving perspective on life. Being able to draw on my own experiences with life’s challenges and share the insights I’ve gained on my journey feels meaningful and enriching. I have completed the training programs to become a Practitioner, a certified 3P coach, and a Master Practitioner at the 3P School.

Miriam Ørnebjerg
Instructor and mentor at 3P School

I’ve been exploring the Three Principles for nearly four years now, and during that time, my life has been transformed in ways I never could have imagined—for the better. It can be difficult to describe exactly what I’ve discovered, but I love sharing my insights and explaining how my outlook on life has changed today. Understanding the Three Principles has brought about a profound transformation within me, and I love sharing how we are all part of life’s universal intelligence. It’s immense, and yet so natural.
