The Three Principles
The ability to think, reflect, and relate to life through our thoughts is a powerful and creative force. But when we elevate our thoughts to the status of truth, we often burden ourselves with a lot of unnecessary worries. For example, when we think that we didn’t do something well enough, or that we can’t get everything done, it causes restlessness, anxiety, and stress.
But it is an illusion to believe that our thoughts reflect an objective reality. In fact, it has been proven that they are often mere figments of the imagination and pure nonsense. The three principles are based on the understanding that we, as human beings, create our own reality through our thoughts. But by realizing that thoughts are, in fact, just thoughts, we can relate to them in a whole new and more lighthearted way—and thereby achieve a freedom that is priceless.
Behind our thoughts lies a calm that is connected to something far greater than the intellect and the brain can comprehend. Here, in the tranquil paths of the mind, overthinking and mental noise fade away—and instead, we gain access to lightness, joy, and wisdom.
